Pricing for quality care should be transparent and simple. Oak Hills Medical in an all-inclusive, subscription based model. Costs are all private-pay and charged via auto-bill monthly or yearly. Because you are never penalized for seeing your doctor, care is not just centered around when you’re sick, but instead focused on keeping you healthy.

Individual: $199
Family of 2: $349
Family of 3: $449
Family of 4 or more: $499
Enrollment fee: $99 (Enrollment fee waived with annual plan)
By joining, you unlock a world of benefits, including unlimited virtual care appointments, direct communication via texts/calls/emails with your physician, guaranteed access to same or next day appointments, and up to six annual home visits (multiple family members can be seen at one home visit). Should you need extra home visits or personalized in-home culinary medicine instruction, it's available for an additional $99. Experience comprehensive care tailored to your needs.
*Family members must live in the same home and may include children ages 1-26 years old.

Oak Hills Medical offers medical ear piercings in the comfort of your home.
Initial Piercing: $125
Includes one pair of sterile, medical grade plastic earrings
Additional Piercings: $75
Multiple ear piercings on the same person or
Ear piercing for another person at the same location/time
Upgrade to Medical Titanium Earrings: Additional $25 per pair
Travel Radius: Dr. Fowls will travel up to a 10-mile radius from Franklin Lakes, NJ for in-home piercing. Additional fees apply for greater distances.
