    Enjoy seamless communication via phone, email, text, video visit, and more. Experience prompt same or next day appointments, ensuring extraordinary access to your physician.

  • Home Visits

    Your physician conducts physical exams, sports and school physicals at your home. Acute/urgent care is also provided in the comfort of your own home.

  • Culinary Medicine Integration

    Dr. Fowls integrates food into treatment plans for illness, weight loss, and well-being. She imparts cooking tips and techniques to enhance diet and health. Members can opt for in-home cooking instruction for an additional fee.

  • Preventative and Wellness Care

    Receive annual health exams, including sports and school physicals, along with guidance for screening tests and immunizations based on national guidelines.

  • Effective Chronic Disease Management

    Benefit from ongoing care for chronic diseases, aiming to enhance your quality of life and diminish complications. From diabetes to anxiety, allergies to migraines, our comprehensive management covers various conditions. If specialized care is needed, we make appropriate referrals.*

  • Prompt Acute Care

    Access evaluations and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries with same or next day appointments. Urgent medical problems are addressed after hours. Covering issues like respiratory infections, UTIs, minor lacerations, and more. In case of emergencies, seek care at an ER.*

  • Walk With Your Doc

    Combine exercise with care discussions during a 30-60 minute walk with your doctor.

  • Gynecological Care

    Receive family planning, contraceptive management, pregnancy planning, lactation advice, and referrals for mammograms and bone density testing.*

  • Immunization Guidance

    Dr. Fowls provides recommendations based on national guidelines. Please note, vaccines are not included in the monthly membership fee.*

  • Medical Procedures in the Comfort of Home

    Oak Hills Medical is elevating accessibility with at-home medical procedures. From EKGs and spirometry (breathing function test) to sutures, freezing benign skin lesions, abscess drainage, and ear wax removal, we bring essential medical procedures to the convenience of your own home.

  • Convenient Laboratory Testing

    During a home visit, benefit from tests including strep tests, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, and glucose finger stick. These essential tests are covered by your membership fee. Additional lab tests can be conducted at national reference laboratories as appropriate.*

  • *Note: Specialist care, ER visits, immunizations, imaging, and labs done at national reference laboratory are not included in membership.
